Paige
I have been a teacher for a little over 3 years now. I enjoy working with children and having an impact on their daily lives. I enjoy teaching them everyday and getting to see them learn new things. I am a teacher because every child deserves to have the best education they can have, and that starts at a very young age. Children are like sponges; if you can give them the very best, they will grow up to be successful. Working at The Giving Tree has brought me such comfort. I enjoy coming to work everyday and spending my time with the bright, funny, outgoing children! I am originally from Salida, Colorado where I grew up as a child, then moved to Denver. I recently moved to Canon City to be closer to family. I have a 4 year old son that is the light of my life. He is my best friend. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family; and taking my son to experience new places!

Hi, I'm Emily. I am a Teacher in the Toddler Program at The Giving Tree. From a young age I knew I wanted to become an educator. When my younger sister was born, my desire to become a teacher grew. It was then that I realized my passion was working in Early Childhood! After completing my Associates Degree and endless hours of training, I was able to achieve my dream goal of being a teacher. When I'm not working, I enjoy stitching, a good movie or TV show, and spending as much time as I can with my best friend.

Hi! I'm Amber and I am a preschool teacher at The Giving Tree. Before starting this position, I was a stay-at-home mom attending Colorado Christian University, where I obtained my Associates Degree. I have four littles of my own. All girls. They keep me very busy! I chose to work in early childhood education because nothing brings me greater joy than a child's eagerness to learn. I love working at TGT because we take great delight in being such a staple in each child's learning journey. I love to take my family fishing, hiking, and camping. If it is outdoors, we're doing it. I grew up with a wild imagination and outside was my playground. I try to incorporate that in my children's lives as much as possible.
